A short, plain-English explanation of what information Bindu Tessera collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Bindu Tessera (bindutessera.com) is a small website offering visual meditation exercises. This policy covers this website and the email updates you can sign up for here.
The email address you give us. If you sign up for updates with the form at the bottom of our pages, we receive the email address you type in. That is the only thing the form asks for. We don't ask for your name, payment details or anything else.
Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our host, Webflow, and the networks it uses to deliver pages automatically record technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We don't use this information to identify you.
No analytics or advertising trackers. This site has no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts installed.
We don't set any cookies of our own. Our hosting and security providers may set a small number of strictly technical cookies, for example one Cloudflare uses to keep the site secure and protect it from abuse. These are not used for advertising or to track you across other websites.
We use your email address only to send occasional Bindu Tessera updates, such as new exercises and articles. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We don't sell, rent or trade your email address, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
You can stop receiving updates at any time by replying to any email we send you and asking to be removed. If an email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that too.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have your email address deleted, reply to any email we send you. We will delete it from our signup records and stop emailing you.
We rely on a few companies to run this site. They handle information only to provide their service to us:
Webflow hosts the website and stores the email addresses submitted through our signup form. Webflow delivers pages through content delivery networks, including Cloudflare and Amazon CloudFront.
Cloudflare also helps protect our signup form from spam.
Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser loads the fonts from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy describing how it handles data.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect email addresses from children. If you believe a child has given us their email address, let us know by replying to any email we send you and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
